Film Buffs have been curious to know about how did Prabhas achieve a ‘monster look’ for his most awaited flick ‘Bahubali’.

The mission actual began when Prabhas left to USA post the release of his blockbuster ‘Mirchi’. He happened to meet WWF Wrestlers and observed their workout & diet regime to built huge muscles.

Immediately, Young Rebel bought a gym equipment which cost him to the tune of Rs 1.5 crore and shifted it to his personal gym at his house. Unlike other top stars of Tollywood (Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan and Jr NTR) who hired foreign fitness trainers, he preferred a Hyd-based body builder to prepare him for the film.

Prabhas has been following a strict diet regime these days. For Breakfast, He eats 40 egg whites with protein powder. The actor have a special menu for both lunch and dinner as well.

In the past six months, Prabhas added 20 kilos to what he used to weigh (82 kgs) post ‘Mirchi’ and the Hulk-look is gonna blow out the audience mind for sure. Thanks to Rebel’s determination!

Disappointing Weeks at Box Office

While ‘Heart Attack’ alone continues to show the domination at Box Office, it has been a disappointing last week and the present week. ‘Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda’ of Manchu family is slow at collections and this week’s releases of ‘traffic’ and ‘Hum Tum’ did not pull the attention of movie loving Telugu public. As per the early reports in the morning, ‘Hum Tum’ is declared an utter flop films with suicidal performance from lead pair and worthless direction from a debutant.

At the same time, ‘traffic’ which got some positive reviews here and there is facing the position problems. Very few theaters are allocated for the movie because of its dubbing nature. Some section of audience said, ‘traffic’ could have been remade in Telugu as opined by VV Vinayak. Although, producers have kept the image of Suriya’s cameo as their major promotional tool, even this did not yield any positive result so far.

Nara Rohit announces his First Film as Producer

Heroes venturing into Production isn't a new thing to happen in the Industry. Now, Another promising young hero has decided to turn into a producer and he is none other than the charming Nara Rohit.

Nara Rohit announced his first project 'Nala Damayanti' which stars Vishnu of Prema Ishq Kadhal, Second Hand and Pratinidhi fame. The film will be having three heroines. Ko.Ve.Ra who is a protege of writer-cum-director Vijayendra Prasad was given the responsibility to wield the megaphone.

In fact, Nara Rohit will co-producing this venture with Ravi Panasa on Ravi Panasa Film Corporation (RPFC) banner. While Rohit will be presenting it, Ravi would be acting like a producer.

Agadu Mega Schedule in Bellary!

Superstar Mahesh Babu and Srinu Vaitla's Aagadu shooting is going on at brisk pace. The movie is currently being shot in a set erected in Annapurna Studios. We are said that the movie unit will be going to Bellary for a mega schedule in March.

This schedule will go on for more than 20 days. Few important scenes, Introduction song and small action bits for introduction song will be canned in this schedule. After this schedule, entire movie talkie part will be completed except for some songs.

There are lot of expectations riding on the film as the actor and director duo earlier delivered a blockbuster like Dookudu. Mahesh Babu and his lady Tamannah will be seen as Police officers in the film and Mahesh will be speaking in Rayalaseema accent in the film in Anantapur backdrop.

The movie is very special for the music director Thaman as it is his 50th movie. Anil Sunkara, Gopichand and Ram Achanta are producing the film under 14 Reels Entertainments banner 

When Vani confessed her love for Nani

Vani Kapoor and Nani will be seen in their upcoming film Aha Kalyanam and this will be the actress’ debut in Tollywood. Vani seemed to have sent the media into a tizzy; the actress went on record and stated that she is in love with Nani but was quick enough to laugh it off!

There are strong rumors doing the rounds that the film features a lip-lock scene between the lead actors and the media asked Vani of her relationship status for which she replied, “Yes me and my hero, Nani are having an affair, and it is quite normal know? Do you think we shouldn’t have one?”

The media were recovering from the shocker that Vani threw at them but the actress immediately eased up the situation and stated, “That is a joke. There is nothing between me and him. We are just two professionals.”

Nani must be thanking his stars if not for Vani’s timely clarification his marriage would have been on rocks!

Pawan’s Gabbar singh not yet shelved

It seems, everybody is on the opinion that Pawan Kalyan most prestigious movie Gabbar Singh 2 was shelved .And more over in place of Gaabar singh 2 Pawan  is moving to other projects including Venky’s Oh My God remake where he is playing Lord Krishna and another project tentatively expected to be ‘Jana gana mana’ in Dil Raju’s production.

Close sources to Pawan Kalyan however thrashed rumours that Gabbar Singh 2 is very much on the cards and our star hasn’t kept it on back burner yet. As Pawan hasn’t liked any iterations of the script Sampath Nandi developed till date, he has asked him to work from a fresh perspective. From April, the flick might go onto sets, though Pawan will take some time in the middle for his guest role as Lord Krishna in Venky’s movie. Coming to Jana Gana Mana, insiders are saying that it is quite premature to talk about this flick with nothing moving really. So, Pawan’s next big outing will be surely his khakhi knock once again if have to believe these findings.

Aged Chennai hottie Trisha Krishnan clamours in excitement about two love stories that belong to her. On the eve of Valentine's Day a survey conducted online has given goose bumps to this struggling heroine, who was once a reigning queen.
 
To find out the best love stories of recent times that are made on Telugu silver screen, an online survey was conducted by a noted media house. Leaving the front runners of the final results aside, two movies that starred Trisha have made it to the top 10 list. One is her wet romantic tale 'Varsham', and other one is village girl saga 'Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana'. Both these love based romantic entertainers are liked by youths a lot and that is the reason for Trisha to celebrate.
 
Coming to her presence in Tollywood, nothing much is happening for the hot lady though she is expected to sign to biggies here. For now, there is no change in Trisha's status quo.

'Laddubabu' to Entertain Then!

Comedy King allari naresh's upcoming film 'Laddubabu', which was supposed to be released this month, has been deferred to the March end. allari naresh's obese look received instant response from the movie buffs and thus generated good hype on the movie.

Ravibabu has directed this film while Poorna of 'Avunu' fame has done female lead role. Veteran heroine Bhoomika Chawla has essayed a crucial role in the movie. Chakri has composed the music. The movie was produced by Tripuraneni Rajendra

Mahesh has no dates for Anushka?

It's quite surprising that superstar Mahesh Babu has not given dates to do a special role in Rudhrama Devi, even after few meetings between director and actor in London and subsequently in Hyderabad too. Even though, it is just 20 days and the actor is excited about donning the role warrior "Gonaganna Reddy" but the handsome actor is yet to confirm the dates officially. 

No doubt, the actor has a great rapport with Gunasekhar who gave him first blockbuster of his career 'Okkadu' and enhanced his action image in 'Arjun' and 'Sainikudu' and now all set to give him a revered role, to change the trajectory of Mahesh's career. "It will be finalised very soon" confided a source, so we have to wait and watch, whether the heady combination happens or not. Mahesh is presently busy shooting with Sreenu Vytla for Aagadu.

Allu Arjun prepares for finishing touch

In a bit to take care and share love to his beloved pregnant wife Sneha Reddy, our stylish star is conspicuously absent from cine circuits. But it seems like he got an eye to give finishing touch for cine-projects too.

Unlike its earlier release date for Sankranthi 2014, Allu Arjun's latest flick 'Race Gurram' got postponed to a much later date. For reasons unknown, shooting of the flick too got delayed. Directed by Surender Reddy, this film happens to be an out and out masala entertainer with loads of comedy and action. Latest reports indicate that Bunny wrapped up all the pending shoot of this flick except for a song to be canned on lead pair.

From February 17th onwards, a mass action number will be filmed on our mega hero and ravishing siren Shruti Haasan. That gives finishing touch for 'Race Gurram' with just post-production left behind. Let us see if mega fans could catch this horse in March itself.

It could go down as one of the most unusual  relationship's in T-town. Well, we're talking about "Love birds" Siddharth and Samantha who are time and again maintaining as "Closest friends". Even though Samantha elaborately shares her views on love, relationship, understanding one-another and on her Mr Right (as her interviews in English dailies), she turns tight-lipped when you insist on naming the person. So why she has to keep her love a secret?

May be she is worried that her 'open declaration' would affect her rocking career and top T-town stars like Mahes, NTR, Ram Charan and Prabahs, will shy away from her and she'll would be losing 10 to 15 crore (as her take home pay is Rs. 1.5 crore per film) in next three years. Omkar is working with Mahesh Babu

 Wonder what Anchor Omkar is doing in Aagadu? He is not doing any role in the movie. Srinu Vaitla, who is famous for comedy spoofs in his movies reportedly included a spoof on Anchor cum film director, Omkar.

The scenes reportedly will be a laughing riot in the movie. The shooting of the movie is going on at brisk pace. The makers are eyeing the summer release to the movie so as to cash the Summer holidays.

Srinu Vaitla had employed new writers for this movie after his regular writters Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan parted ways from him after Baadshah.

Legend Audio Date confirmed

There was a slight ambiguity about the audio release date of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ‘Legend’. But the team has now officially confirmed the date as March 7th. The venue will be announced shortly. The producers are planning to hold the event in a grand and lavish manner. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director for the film.
Balakrishna will be seen in a power packed role in this mass action entertainer. He will have two different getups in the film and one of them will be quite ferocious, like in ‘Simha’. Boyapati Sreenu is the director of this film. Radhika Apte and Sonal Chauhan are the heroines in the film.

Auto Nagar Surya New Release Date

Autonagar Surya looks like will set a record for number of postponements and release date announcement. Embroiled in financial problems, the movie was delayed for about 3 years and went on getting postponed. Now the makers announce that the film will hit the marquee on February 27th on the occasion of Maha Sivaratri. We will have to see at least if this date turns to be true!

Samantha is the female lead beside Naga Chaitanya. ‘Prasthanam’ fame Deva Katta is wielding megaphone for this project which will be produced by K.Achi Reddy under Max India banner. Anoop Rubens is composing the music. There are good expectations on the movie in the trade circles as the trailers released so far are impressive.

Sri Devi is doing another interesting movie

Sridevi will be seen playing the lead in a revenge drama post the super successful comeback 'English Vinglish'. This untitled flick revolves arouna a married woman with two daughters. Makers are planning it as a tri-lingual (Telugu, Tamil and Hindi) as Sri enjoys a good fan base in both North and South.

Sridevi has liked the subject immensely and she is currently in search of director who could understand and balance the three different sensibilities, as making a tri-lingual is never gonna be easy.

An official announcement regarding the project will be out as soon as the Director of the film is confirmed.

'English Vinglish' is a highly successful women-centric flick in the recent past. Sridevi received accolades from all over the World for her impeccable acting skills. So, all eyes are on next project!

Energetic Actor Ram's new Project with Gopichand

Hero Ram  is highly energetic actor in Tollywood. Recently he has given his consent to Director  Gopichand Malineni to do a film together. In this forthcoming movie Ram will be seen in a stylish look in this  entertainer with plenty of commercial elements.

At present pre-production works are in progress and the film will hit the sets in February. This is Gopichand Malineni’s fourth film and he says that he is happy to work with actor Ram. Parachuri Kireeti is producing the film under United Movies banner.

This yet-to-be titled movie is touted to be an action entertainer with needed commercial elements. Ram is looking to bounce back in Tollywood with this new project. 

Bumper deal to Bala Krishna

It is known that Nandamuri Balakrishna's Legend is being co-produced by 14 Reels Entertainments. We are said that the producers have given a bumper offer kind of deal to the actor.

According to the agreement, he will be paid 30 Crores for 3 films. The films in the deal are Legend, a new film directed by Tamil director Hari and Balayya's son, Mokshagna's debut movie. It is said 10 Crores is already paid in advance to the actor.

The producers at 14 Reels Entertainment are the best crop in Tollywood. They are masters in film production, distribution and marketing. The care they take for their movies is a dream come true for any actor.

Anil Sunkara, Gopi Chand Achanta and Ram Achanta, the people behind 14 Reels Entertainment banner are NRIs having consulting business in United States. They have done enough market research before venturing in to Tollywood. 

NTR's craze grips Japan

NTR has expanded his base.And his base has now crossed the borders of India. Now, he is one among the top celebrities in Japan after his Baadshah turned out to be massive hit in Japan. The film is a huge hit such that it is being screened in ongoing 2014  Osaka International Film Festival in Japan. Baadshah is the only Telugu film to be screened at Japanin this season (March 7 to March 16). And the only other Indian film being showcased is Hindi film Bhaag Milka Bhaag.

What's more? Japanese are going gaga over Jr NTR. Apparently, they are flattered by his dances, terrific fights and the way he breathed heroism into the character.  And the proof is that recently a big TV channel from Japan came all the way to Hyderabad to take special interview of Jr NTR. With this, his craze is said to be at peeks in Japan.

So, after superstar Rajinikanth who holds significance fan base in Japan, now Jr NTR joined the bandwagon. This certainly a relieving  news for all NTR fans who are waiting to see their star overturn his fortunes.
