Today few minutes back the production team release a press note saying that this film will hit the big screen on this month 28th (March 28th). The announcement of release date of "Rowdy" on March 28th has shocked analysts in industry because on the same date much awaited film Nandamuri Balakrishna's "Legend" is going to hit the big screens. It is known fact that many films which are scheduled to release on March 28th have postponed its release date due to "Legend" and producers who want to continue their films in theatres for some time are planned for safe releases as two or three weeks after "Legend" release. But giving shock to everyone Mohan Babu's family high expecting film is going to release along with Balakrishna's film. This film is taught to be a high intensity action cum family drama set in the arid landscapes of the faction ridden Rayalaseema region. This film is produced by Parthasarathy, Gajendra and Vijaykumar under 'AV Pictures Banner' and Karthik composed the music.
